KIRINJI, Takaki Horigome's solo project since 2021, has released his 16th original album, "Steppin' Out," approximately 1 year and 9 months after his
last album, "crepuscular," which strongly reflected the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The album features 9 songs, including "Rainy Runway," "nestling," and 7 new tracks. Throughout the album, the lyrics are scattered with more positive
words than ever before, and the sound incorporates live instruments, making for an impressive work.
Takaki Horigome has taken a new step with both lyrics and sound, resulting in a fitting representation of his new label, ”syncokin,” established in April 2023.

The first single, "Honomekashi," is a collaboration with the globally recognized South Korean band Se So Neon. The theme of this chill summer tune is
nonverbal communication, such as presence and atmosphere.

My new album, "Steppin' Out," is finished.
I was particularly mindful of creating an uplifting experience for listeners while working on it.
The album has a brighter tone than my previous work, featuring
a blend of delicate and robust sound production, memorable melodies, and touching lyrics.
We are confident that every song on this album is exceptional!
