Meet The Loveless is the latest offerring from English band The Loveless, the highly entertaining covers group fronted by Soft Cell’s Marc Almond and his long-term guitarist Neal X (formerly of Sigue Sigue Sputnik) plus Mat Hector and Ben Ellis from Iggy Pop’s touring band. A covers band they may be, but their versions of songs by Alice Cooper, The Kinks and The Shadows Of Night are top class and worth the entry fee alone.
Songs for sailors ‘n’ sluts, wantons ‘n’ night hawks, sirens ‘n’ sinners, werewolves ‘n’ kittens, the misbegotten and the unforgiven!
