Crash Records Online Store - Web Store Help

When an order has been placed on the website you will receive an 'acknowledgement of order' email, this does not mean that the order has been processed. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you via email, so please key in an email address that you check regularly.

If you choose one of the collect options (at Crash, or the venue) you must still key in your home address on the delivery address details section. Then when you get to the shipping options, click on either 'collect at Crash' or 'collect at venue'.

When collecting from the shop please bring in the card that was used for the transaction. For collection at venue, if you do not have your card with you some other form of ID may be required.

If you want to put additional items in your shopping cart, just click back on to one of the Crash department sections and add items to your basket, this can be done as many times as you wish. Click on 'checkout' when you have completed your order.
