Good Friday - 10:00am - 5:00pm
Record Store Day - 8:30am - 6:00pm

Record Store Day 2014, all the information you need. (15/04/2014 @ 10:46:51)
Record Store Day is almost here, so we have put together a summary of all the information you need if you are planning to visit us on Saturday 19th April.
We will be opening at 8:30am, by which time there will probably be quite a large queue outside the shop. As with previous years we will give the first 60 people in the queue the opportunity to reserve one item from the list of releases available. Each of those 60 people will be given a ticket which guarantees the item they have reserved will be waiting for them when they get to the counter. Once inside the shop customers will then be able to purchase additional stock from the Record Store Day list. Please note, none of the RSD stock will be out in the racks, so please try and have a list of releases you wish to purchase. You can do this by either writing down your preferences from the list we have on our website, or we can send you a printable check list with prices. To get one of these send an email to us with Record Store Day in the subject header and we will attach the file to our reply.
People cannot pre-order any of the releases on the list, they are all sold on a strict first come first served basis. No customer can purchase more than one copy of any individual release. We are not allowed to accept telephone or website orders, it's over the counter sales only.
Please be aware that all Record Store Day stock is very limited and although we have tried to order as many as we can of the most popular and sought after titles, we will inevitably run out of many of the releases very quickly. It is certainly worth thinking of alternative titles on the list as well as your first choices.
Unfortunately, we will not be having any free live entertainment in the shop, this year. But, we do have a few plans for some live music later in the year. We will update on here once we have more information.
We look forward to seeing some of you on Saturday 19th April for the worldwide celebration that is Record Store Day.

Ordering gig tickets from Crash Records. (24/09/2009 @ 13:05:10)
It's that time of year where there are quite a few new people that have moved to Leeds, so here are a some helpful bits of information about buying gig/event tickets from us: All tickets include a booking fee (usually about 10%). Tickets can be bought in our shop at 35 The Headrow (opposite Primark) or online. Paying cash in the shop is the cheapest way as there is a small additional charge for paying by card. We almost always have the tickets that we sell in stock, which means that you get them straight away. When ordering online you can choose the first class post option, special delivery, collect at Crash, or collect at the venue (not available for all venues). If you collect from the shop please bring the card with you that was used for the transaction. We constantly update our site with new gigs, and information about forthcoming concerts and events, and we also have a printable sheet of the tickets we sell on the left hand side of this page. We are always happy to help with any customer enquiries by email or over the phone (0113 243 6743). Opening hours for the shop are Monday - Saturday 9:30am - 6:00pm, Sunday 11:00am - 4:00pm. The website, of course, never closes!
