Delivery policy

When you place an order, you can choose from a range of options with different shipping services and the prices for each, before you check out. In Most Instances there is also a free of charge "Collect At Crash" option if you are able to get into the shop and pick up your order (this will show as an option at checkout if available)

Prices are calculated on the cost of the packaging (we use the highest quality mailers which ensure the best possible protection for goods in transit) and the cost of the postage. We try and keep these costs as competitive as possible, but the primary aim is to ensure that CDs and vinyl are not damaged during delivery and that the Customer is satisfied with the service.

Tickets are sent out in sealed envelopes by standard first class post unless the Customer has paid for Special Delivery.

If the item(s) you have ordered is in stock we aim to send your order out within 2 working days. Packages are addressed exactly the same as the information we are given when the order is placed, so please ensure that everything is correct. The larger size mailers are too big for most letterboxes so we do suggest someone being present at the delivery address to receive the order. If nobody is home a card should be left so that alternative arrangements can be put in place.
We do our best to keep our stock levels up to date, but we also run a city centre shop that carries the same inventory. On rare occasions things may sell out between you placing your order and us picking it. We will notify you as soon as possible if this is the case.

Out of stock items
Some items listed on our website are not kept in stock all the time and need to be ordered in from our suppliers. If an item is out of stock we will contact you with an estimate of how quickly we can get it for you. At this point you can choose to wait or be issued a full refund. Please note that we are reliant on our distributors supplying stock in these situations, but in most cases our estimated time of delivery will be accurate.

Your order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

Pre-orders
Most new items are released on a Friday. Where possible we will ship pre-orders on Thursday, so you have your order on the day of release. However, there may be occasions when orders are delivered a couple of days after release date.
If you use the Collect At Crash option, your order will be ready to pick up on the day of release. It is not necessary to come in on release date, however, we would ask that all pre-orders are collected from the shop within 3 months of release date. If for whatever reason you are unable to collect your order we can arrange shipping and invoice you accordingly.

Please note, we are not allowed to let you pick up items before the release date.
