‘Take Me Back To Eden’ (an hour-plus of music across12 distinctive tracks) is Part Three of a trilogy, aspectacular chapter closer in the ongoing Sleep Tokensaga - a saga that kicked off in earnest with debutalbum, ‘Sundowning’ (2019).
What comes next, only time will tell, but what’s certainis that it won’t be bound by convention any more than‘Take Me Back To Eden’, which features probably theheaviest moments thus far recorded by Sleep Token(including ‘Chokehold’ and ‘The Summoning’), alongwith some of the most commercial and certainly themost emotional, with a slew of other tones, texturesand tangents touched on in between.
